In Scania Park lies the Malmö Beach Arena which has six courts. In summer you will find many ongoing events there — from competitions on weekends to training sessions every weekday evening. It is free of cost to play on these courts however they can often be fully booked so book in advance!
Malmö stad also operates a couple of beach volleyball courts along Ribergsborgsstranden.
