Tomtebo äventyrslekplats

The outdoor gym is located at the southern end of Nydalasjön, next to a playground. There is a jogging track nearby that rounds the lake. 

All the training equipment has images and instructions attached. 

Equipment:

• Rods and rings for training the upper body
• Battle ropes for training the arms
• Bench for training both core and back
