Mini libraries

In Gothenburg there are several mini libraries put up by different actors, some have gone and went, here we list the ones we know about!

Here we collect the mini libraries that we are aware of and that are in public spaces (so not in your locked staircase).

In Högsbohöjd, by the dog exercise area, there is a tiny library where you can leave or pick up a book. Photo: Berta Ojeda.

In Hovås there are mini-libraries set up by private individuals, they are part of a movement based in the USA called Little free library (previously there was one in Kungsladugård as well). In Sweden there are also Little free library mini-libraries in Tjörn and in Tollered. Check out their map and if you have some time to spare, build your own library, you know!
