Allaktivitetshusen
Meeting places for participation, community, and free activities for young people
Different places, Malmö
Four districts in Malmö – Lindängen, Hermodsdal, Rosengård, and Munkhättan – have Allaktivitetshusen (All Activity Houses): open and lively meeting places where children, young people, and adults can participate in free activities every day of the week. These houses provide a safe place to meet, try new things, and do things together, without any pressure to perform or pay.
The activity centers are based on participation—it is the residents' own ideas, needs, and dreams that shape the activities. Here you can dance, box, get help with homework, play soccer, do crafts, start your own activity, or just hang out. On weekdays, free breakfast is served to students, and in the evenings and on weekends, the school premises are filled with life and enthusiasm.
It's about sharing space, knowledge, energy, and commitment. A place where ideas can grow, where it's okay to fail, and where everyone can participate and create something together.
