Pop-up Returen

The Pop-up Returen is a mobile reuse and recycling station that stops at 12 locations around Malmö and Burlöv. It's designed for those who don’t have access to a car and need to drop off waste for recycling. We set up in places that are easily accessible by bike or on foot.

The Pop-up Returen operates from April to June and from August to October, and it's open from 3PM to 7 PM at each location.

At the Pop-up Returen, you can drop off:

• Bulky waste such as furniture, bicycles, sports equipment, and other items
• Textiles and clothing, both clean and intact items (for reuse) and also dirty or damaged ones(textile waste)
• Hazardous waste such as batteries, light bulbs, old paint, spray cans, cleaning products,chemicals, and nail polish
• Cooking fat/oil, for example in a sealed PET bottle
• Electronic waste like TVs, mobile phones, screens, cables, headphones, and other electronics

We also have a reuse wagon, where you can drop off items you no longer need. You can leave or pickup:

• Clean and intact clothes and shoes (please separate clean/intact items from damaged ones before your visit!)
• Furniture like chairs, tables, and shelves
• Home decor like lamps, ornaments, and textiles
• Kitchen equipment such as working kitchen appliances, cutlery, and bowls
• Sports equipment like rackets, skates, and balls
• Electronic devices
