Outdoor gyms (Utegym)

There are several outdoor gyms in Malmö's parks and green areas. You don't need to be a member of any club to work out. The gyms are open to everyone, and you can work out there around the clock, free of charge. All outdoor gyms have equipment for versatile and functional training, where you can effectively build up your strength, fitness, and mobility. You train according to your own abilities. If you want tips on training and want to work out with others, there are often classes you can join. It is not permitted to book or reserve the outdoor gyms.
